Introducing an exciting new color gene shared by Thieving Otter Farm!

Here at Ellen J Farm, we have been pleased with these sensational quail. We have three other Coturnix Quail varieties, but the Gingers have been the most impressive for their size, laying capabilities, and docile temperament.

Michael Rose from Southwest Gamebirds discovered the Ginger mutation and shared these beauties with Thieving Otter Farm. This collection offers a range of stunning pattern combinations, including Ginger Wildtype, Fawn Ginger, Sparkly Ginger, Ginger EB, and Ginger Fee.

Feather Sexable: Some varieties in this collection are feather sexable, while others require vent sexing.

Breeds True: This line breeds true for color but not for pattern. You can expect a variety of patterns, all in the beautiful Ginger coloration.
